Plans Change, Love Doesn't

Weather had other ideas, but Monique and Joseph weren't fazed one bit

29 AUGUST 2026

Saturday didn't quite play ball weather-wise for Monique and Joseph, but that didn't dampen the day one bit. We shifted the ceremony indoors to the Cargo Shed in Tauranga, and honestly, the place worked an absolute treat. There's something about a good backup plan coming together that just adds to the story of a wedding day. Rain outside, warmth inside, and two people getting married surrounded by everyone who mattered most to them.

From there the evening just kept building. Cracking food, speeches that had the room in stitches one minute and a bit misty eyed the next, all backed up by proud parents and a wedding party clearly rapt to be there. Then the dancing kicked off and pretty much didn't stop all night. Weather aside, Monique and Joseph pulled off the kind of wedding day you hope for, full of love, laughter, and good people around them.

No Returns, No Refunds

Joseph got handed a framed "No Returns Policy" from the father of the bride, and the look on his face said it all. Monique thought it was hilarious, Joseph maybe so.. but that's exactly the kind of moment that makes a wedding album worth flicking back through.

I believe every person deserves to be captured in the moments they’ve felt most loved and cared for.
Shoes up, laughter loud, Monique and Joseph proving they know each other better than they let on.

Your Day, As It Felt

If you’re planning your own wedding and want it captured in a way that feels real, relaxed and true to you, you’re in the right place.  I focus on documenting the day as it unfolds, all the genuine moments, the big emotions and everything in between, without it ever feeling forced.  It’s about creating something you can look back on and properly feel again, not just see.
